We use Paypal as our method of payment so at no time do we have access to or records of your financial details. You do not have to have a Paypal account as you can choose to pay by credit or debit card instead. Paypal will process the transaction just the same. If a refund is required it will also be issued to you via Paypal. Once you are finished shopping simply click 'checkout' on the shopping cart page and you will be taken directly to Paypal. Once transaction is complete you'll have the option to return to our website.

Postage cost is a flat rate per order and not based on number of plants purchased. So whether you buy 1 or 100 plants you'll pay the same postage costs

We send our parcels with Auspost and your order will usually be dispatched the first Monday after we receive it. However, if we have a high volume of orders it may take an extra 1-2 weeks before it is dispatched. AUSPOST IS EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELAYS AT THE MOMENT DUE TO COVID-19 ISSUES. IF WE FEEL PLANTS ARE IN DANGER OF DIEING IN THE POSTAL DELAY WE WILL NOT POST THEM! PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU CANNOT WAIT AND WISH TO HAVE YOUR ORDER REFUNDED.

Your plants will remain potted and be carefully wrapped and packed to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
It is extremely important to unpack them as soon as receiving them and place them in a bright but shaded spot and water well. After a few days pot on or plant in the garden as usual.

We do not refund due to change of mind. You must advise us within 48 hours of your order arriving at the post office, if there is a problem. This is especially important regarding the conditon of the plants as after this time the plants will RAPIDLY deteriorate if you leave them unpacked in the box either at the post office or at your home. As we send only healthy plants we will not accept responsibility for poor plant condition after this period.
Returns must be discussed with our office before being sent.
For plants bought in a dormant state (ie - during Winter), that fail to reshoot at the appropriate time, please allow a little extra time incase they are just a little slow. If they do indeed never resume growth please contact us even though it is after the 48hr problem reporting period.
Our plants come in 75mm or 100mm tubes. Some times we have to cut the plants back to prepare for postage or to maintain them in pot sizes suitable for postage, but don't worry, they will grow back. We try our best to make sure all plants listed on the website are actually available for sale, but unfortunately unexpected pest attack, death or damage can leave listed stock unavailable. We apologise in advance for this occurring as we know it's dissapointing, but we wish to send you only good, healthy plants.
You will be offered a refund or the chance to choose another plant if this occurs.
